• Listening data: plays, saves, follows, skips and session signals used to validate streams and pay royalties.
• Payment data: subscription status and payout requests. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us.

How we use it

• To deliver your music to streaming platforms and to stream it on Artist Aligned.
• To calculate, validate and pay royalties, including detecting artificial streaming and fraud.
• To power analytics, release health scoring and AI recommendations for your own catalog.
• To send transactional email about releases, payouts, tickets and account security.

What we never do

• We never take ownership of your masters, compositions or rights.
• We never sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
• We never use your private catalog to train third-party AI models.

Your rights

• Access, correct or export your account and catalog data at any time from your settings.
• Request deletion of your account. Royalty and payout records are retained where required by law and accounting rules.
• Unsubscribe from marketing email in one click; transactional email tied to your account continues.

Security and retention

• Data is stored with row-level access controls so only you and authorized collaborators can read your catalog.
• Audio and artwork live in private storage with signed, expiring access links.
• We retain listening and royalty records for as long as needed to support audits, disputes and statutory reporting.
